CSM Summer Retreat

CSM Summer Retreat 2026 is almost here! We are looking forward to an awesome week of ministry with your students! Your students can expect a week of fun competitions, epic new events, new friends and memories, and most importantly some extended time in God's Word. This year we will be going to Lake Williamson in Carlinville, IL. Retreat dates will be July 17th-21st.
RETREAT COSTS:
Early-Bird Registration closes June 24th -$385
First-Time Retreat Attendee - $375
Standard Registration from June 25th-July 8th -$425
Registration closes NOON July 8th.
Thankfully we have been able to keep prices consistent for this year, but we do understand that this can still be a financial burden for families. If finances are affecting your students participation in camp, please email Ben at ben@discovercbc.org
Here are some important details about retreat!
CHECK-IN: Friday, July 17th at 11:00AM at CBC
RETURN: Tuesday, July 21st at 4PM at CBC
LOCATION: Lake Williamson Christian Center, Carlinville, IL
TRANSPORTATION: We have 4 charter buses rented to transport students
TEACHING THEME: Guest speaker Brian Biedebach will be teaching on Forgiveness and Reconciliation
RETREAT THEME: The competition theme and teams will be announced on CSM Retreat Hype Night further details coming.
PACKING LIST: A packing list will be sent out 1 week prior to the start of retreat on July 10th.
CELL PHONES: Students will be required to turn their phones into the leader overseeing their room each night. Phones can be picked back up from that leader in the morning. Any additional issues will be handled on a case by case basis. If you have questions or concerns please contact Ben at ben@discovercbc.org
PARTIAL WEEK: Any student is welcome to attend for part of the camp provided parents help arrange the transportation. If you would like to inquire about partial week pricing, please send Ben an email for more details.

This event is the most important event CSM has all year. I have seen God work mightily in the past at retreats, and would so encourage you to prioritize this week with your student(s)!
